Ryan O'Loughlin has been awarded this year's Victor E. Thoren Graduate Student Research Fellowship.
The Victor E. Thoren Graduate Student Research Fellowship is the oldest and most prestigious departmental award, named in honor of the late Professor Victor E. Thoren (HPSC Ph.D., 1965). The fellowship is awarded by HPSC faculty members to an exceptional student near the conclusion of their graduate career.
