Call for papers

3rd IU Graduate Student Conference on the History of Philosophy of Science and Medicine

When: March 29 - 30

Where: Indiana University Bloomington

Submission deadline: January 1, 2019

Keynote Speaker: Kristen K. Intemann from Montana State University. Dr. Intemann's research and teaching interests focus on feminist theory, values and science, and research ethis, particularly in relation to science and philosophy of science. Also, she has published on issues related to objectivity, bias, and diversity in science.

10:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon: Presentation Session 1 (Philosophy of the Special Sciences)
12:00 noon - 2:00 p.m.: Lunch (not provided)
2:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.: Presentation Session 2 (Historical and Social Studies of Science and Medicine)

Saturday, March 30 (Social Science Research Center, Woodburn Hall 200)
