Why: In an industry with as many facets as healthcare, it is easy to lose sight of the people receiving its benefits. A Medical Humanities Workshop will serve to offer future physicians, policy makers, healthcare consultants, and others perspective on aspects of care that are overlooked. Attendees will learn from practicing physicians and scholars who will present on topics in medical humanities that remain pertinent within their fields.
