Congratulations to Dan Li, the recipient of this year's Mikal Lynn Sousa Award for Excellence in Graduate Scholarship!
The Sousa Award was established by Alice D. Dreger (HPSC Ph.D., 1995) and Aron Conrad Sousa in memory of Mr. Sousa's sister, Mikal Lynn Sousa. This award is presented to a woman graduate student studying in History and Philosophy of Science and Medicine or History. Extra consideration is given to those nominees who show outstanding academic work, good citizenship, strong character, a history of public service, and those who are likely to be activists in their professional and extra-professional lives.
